A-PDF Filler is a simple, fast desktop utility program that lets you scan and fill paper forms or fill out a form in image format. With A-PDF Filler, you can scan a form, load the Form as a background image and type in the details in required fields. Then edit the form and export to PDF or save the form layout for filling up at a convenient time. The application has the ability to directly scan the business forms on paper and then load the image for typing in details and save the overall result back in an image format. In case the computer does not have a scanner attached, the form images can come from a machine that has the scanning facility.

The form filler editor lets you define a filler field type such as text, image, rectangle, line, arrow, ellipse and their position, color, alignment, size attributes. For volume work, you can do operations like batch de-skew, Black&white, Crop, Flip, Rotate Scanned papers before you fill them. To carry out operations such as size, align, delete, etc. on a group of fields, multiple selects can be done. Levels of Undo/Redo make the recovery from errors very easy to carry out. Projects can be saved for working on later or creating a new project. There is no need for the Adobe Acrobat that costs quite a bit. On heavy duty form filling it can save you quite a bit of money, give it try to see if it fits your workflow.
